We are growing SoftServe’s presence in the DACH region, driving new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and measurable revenue growth through consultative, value‑driven engagement.
IF YOU ARE A sales executive with 5+ years of experience in IT, manufacturing technology, or digital transformation services
Qualified with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experienced in consultative, value‑based selling, from prospecting to closing large‑scale enterprise deals
Analytical and strategic, skilled in pipeline management and business forecasting
Collaborative and results‑oriented, comfortable working across sales, delivery, and marketing teams
Fluent in German and English at advanced level to confidently communicate with senior manufacturing decision‑makers
Holding CRM or sales certifications (would be a plus)
AND YOU WANT TO Travel within the DACH region to build client partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging SoftServe’s expertise in data, cloud, and digital transformation
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the manufacturing / automotive vertical in the DACH region
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders in top manufacturing / automotive organizations
Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, presenting tailored value propositions that address clients’ strategic goals
Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and partner teams to ensure successful proposal development and client onboarding
Achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives, contributing directly to SoftServe’s manufacturing / automotive expansion in the region
Represent SoftServe at industry events and partner initiatives, positioning our brand as a trusted digital partner for manufacturing / automotive innovation
