Job Summary American Home Contractors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee the coordination and scheduling of retail projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at communication, scheduling, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Order materials for all retail projects. Schedule projects with subcontractor crews and homeowners. Maintain positive working relationships with subcontractor crews. Keep all projects up to date in Zoho (our project management system). Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure timely, efficient production. Monitor job progress and quickly address any issues that arise. Support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with warranty-related matters. Required Skills & Experience Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
