This is a
field-based, fast-paced role
working with homeowners who have already requested inspections or consultations. You’ll represent a trusted brand, follow a proven sales process, and help protect our communities from unscrupulous contractors.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for scheduled inspections and consultations
Inspect roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and exterior projects
Present clear, honest solutions and close quality projects
Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Work closely with production and support teams to deliver a great experience
Earning Potential
First-year reps typically earn $80,000 – $150,000
Top performers earn $150,000 – $250,000+
No income cap — performance drives pay
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Confident communication and professionalism
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in the field and on roofs (training provided)
Sales or construction experience is helpful, but not required.
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Ability to work full-time
Comfortable with heights and ladder use
