The role
This isn't a 9-5 with clearly defined boundaries. We're an early-stage startup moving fast, which means you'll be wearing multiple hats, working nights and weekends when needed, and doing whatever it takes to hit our aggressive growth targets.

If you're looking for work-life balance, structured processes, or a well-oiled machine—this isn't it. We're building the machine. That means scrappy execution, constant iteration, and showing up when opportunity knocks (even if it's on a Saturday).

You'll own the full sales cycle—prospecting CMOs and marketing leaders, running discovery calls, closing deals, and attending conferences to build pipeline. Some weeks you'll be grinding outreach. Other weeks you'll be on planes to events. Every week, you'll be accountable to revenue targets that directly impact our path.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify CMOs/ Heads of Marketing at companies doing $1M+ in revenue

Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to book discovery calls

Attend conferences and events to generate pipeline and build relationships

Partner with marketing on campaign execution and feedback loops

Build and maintain our prospect database and CRM hygiene

Iterate on messaging and outreach strategies based on what's working

Qualifications

2-4 years of SDR/AE experience with exposure to closing deals

Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and clear direction

Willing to attend conferences and network in person

Background or interest in marketing/ growth

Competitive base pay with opportunity for growth
