You will both self-perform advanced technical marketing work and oversee contract specialists across SEO, PPC, Web, Automation, AI, and Analytics. You will design delivery systems, build quality control standards, and continuously refine execution processes aligned with our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Optimize and execute technical SEO, WordPress builds, paid media systems, analytics frameworks, and automation workflows Oversee and audit contract specialists ensuring quality, accuracy, and ROI performance Build SOP documentation and scalable delivery systems for recurring subscription clients Develop dashboards and KPI tracking that align with executive-level reporting Required Experience/Certifications The following experience/certifications will be required: Google Ads Meta Ads Wordpress Shopify SEO Compensation and Benefits $50,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on experience Performance bonus tied directly to measurable ROI and system optimization PTO and paid holidays Health insurance Remote capable with structured accountability Final Step – Action Required To be considered for this role, please complete our short survey.
