Join our dynamic Industry & Vendor Management team at BPCE ES, where your primary objective will be to acquire new International Vendor Programs within the Technology sectors. This role offers you the opportunity to work on a global scale, engaging with international vendors, and driving innovative solutions. We encourage candidates who are within commutable distance of our Jersey City, NJ offices to apply, as this proximity fosters stronger connections and enables more effective collaboration with the US BPCE ES team, however the position has flexibility to be hybrid and/or remote. Strategic Development & Partnerships Pipeline Development: Create, manage, and convert a pipeline of targeted International Vendor Programs (IVPs) in the Technology sector. Relationship Building: Collaborate with leadership to identify target IVP accounts and develop strong relationships with key vendor contacts, positioning BPCE ES as a credible financing partner and securing new business opportunities both locally and globally. Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize International Master Agreements with prospective vendors, working closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution. Communication & Teamwork Community Engagement: Maintain a virtual global Technology business development community to foster consistent communication among local BPCE ES teams. Brand Promotion: Participate in conferences and trade fairs to enhance brand awareness and build relationships with target IVPs. Active Participation: Engage actively in all Global Business Development and Industry & Vendor Management team meetings, contributing your insights to collaborative efforts. Event Involvement: Take part in events such as Sales Seminars, International Week, and Vendor Conferences to support team initiatives and promote our mission. Program Operational Roll-Out Communication of New Relationships: After signing the International Master Agreement, communicate all relevant details to BPCE ES markets and facilitate local introductions. Performance Monitoring: Ensure the IVP program generates new business volume (NBV) output and is ready for transition to an International Program Manager. Support Transition: Provide enthusiastic support for the successful transition of new IVP relationships to a dedicated program manager as needed. Qualifications A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the leasing market, with a focus in the Technology sectors. A minimum of 5 year in a business development role in the leasing market. Proven track record of driving growth in the equipment finance and leasing industry. Strong understanding of vendor finance and its key success factors. Experience working across diverse international markets and cultures. An entrepreneurial mindset focused on achieving tangible results and delivering successful initiatives. Effective communication skills, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language being a plus, and comfortable in multicultural environments. The salary range for this position will be between $170,000 - $210,000. BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
