Business Development Representative (Part‑Time) Location: Savannah, GA (In‑Person) Workspace: Switchyards Downtown Club Territory: United States Job Type: Part‑Time, Startup About the Role We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help healthcare organizations adopt modern digital technologies used to design and produce custom patient‑specific medical devices. In this (startup) role, you will work directly with Bryan, VP of Business Development, and Craft Global’s client base to identify opportunities, build relationships with clinicians, and support the introduction of digital workflows. You will focus on developing partnerships with healthcare organizations across Georgia and the surrounding region, helping clinicians explore more efficient and customizable approaches to designing mobility and rehabilitation devices. This position is ideal for someone with a clinical background who is curious about innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and schedule meetings for VP of Business Development to help close Identify opportunities where digital workflows can improve clinical care and efficiency Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and professional networks Support product demonstrations, presentations, and pilot initiatives Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity Assist with proposals, follow‑up communications, and deal progression Travel periodically within the territory to meet healthcare partners Preferred Background Prior sales or business development experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with experience in healthcare or clinical environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
