About The Position
Serving as a partner to the Global Head of Digital Marketing Transformation, this role will shape and accelerate high-priority initiatives across the organization. This role blends strategic thinking with disciplined execution to ensure clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across cross-functional priorities. You will help translate evolving business objectives into structured initiatives, connect workstreams across teams, and proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and opportunities. Acting as a trusted right-hand to leadership, you will drive momentum, enhance organizational visibility, and ensure initiatives progress with rigor and accountability. This is a highly visible role requiring strong business judgment, enterprise thinking, and the ability to influence across a complex, global matrix. This position is remote with 10% traveling expectation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Development Acceleration
Partner with leadership to shape, structure, and prioritize high-impact strategic initiatives
Translate broad strategic objectives into clear charters, roadmaps, success metrics, and action plans
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomes
Proactively identify risks, trade-offs, and interdependencies across initiatives
Leadership Partnership Decision Support
Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, bringing structured problem-solving to ambiguous challenges
Prepare executive-ready materials, framing recommendations and decision points
Surface emerging issues, gaps, and opportunities before they become barriers
Cross-Functional Alignment Influence
Serve as connective tissue across teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities and progress
Facilitate working sessions that drive clarity, accountability, and forward momentum
Strengthen visibility and transparency across the strategic portfolio
Operational Rigor Continuous Improvement
Establish effective governance and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and impactDrive discipline in milestone management, KPI alignment, and resource coordination
Identify opportunities to improve operating rhythms and cross-team collaboration
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or cross-functional digital transformation initiatives aligned to Marketing or Sales functions
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or cross-functional digital transformation initiatives aligned to Marketing or Sales functions
Demonstrated success leading and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align and influence with indirect leadership
Ability to visualize, craft and articulate complex concepts into actionable plans
Ability to present to large groups and Executives utilizing MS Office (PowerPoint)
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners
Strong written and spoken presence
Cultural competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $135-155k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is remote with 10% travel.
