As we continue to scale our U.S. operations, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help drive new business growth and strategic client partnerships across our key technology markets. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, opening new doors, and developing long-term client partnerships in a fast-moving and highly rewarding environment. What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business development by identifying and engaging prospective clients within the tech, telecom, and broadcast sectors. Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers , positioning GCS as a trusted partner for tech talent solutions. Develop a strong client pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping . Partner closely with our recruitment delivery teams to secure and successfully fill client hiring needs . Lead consultative conversations with clients , understanding workforce challenges and delivering tailored hiring strategies. Expand existing partnerships through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account growth . Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to provide insight-driven client engagement. Consistently work toward and exceed individual revenue targets and team growth goals . Who We’re Looking For We value drive, ambition, and resilience just as much as experience. Experience in business development, sales, account management, or recruitment is highly desirable. A natural relationship builder who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers. A self-starter with a competitive mindset who enjoys opening new opportunities and building partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience) Uncapped Commission: Rewarding high performance and business growth. Hybrid Working: 3 days in our Orlando office, 2 days remote (flexibility for the right candidate).
