Business Development Representative (BDR) — Peppr Grow Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 OTE (Base + Commission) Base: $60,000-$70,000 Annually Employment Type: Full-Time About Peppr Grow Peppr Grow is our next-generation AI marketing platform built specifically for restaurants. We help operators drive more orders, more visits, and more repeat customers through a single, intuitive subscription. Our platform blends: Local influencer / creator marketing Automated loyalty, CRM, SEO, and promotions As we expand our Irvine office, we’re building a high-velocity sales team from the ground up — giving top performers the opportunity to move quickly into senior roles, AEs, and leadership. About the Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Peppr Grow, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline for our Inside Account Executive team. You will work a heavy flow of inbound leads while also executing targeted outbound outreach. What You’ll Do Qualify inbound leads and execute fast, high-volume follow-up Conduct targeted outbound outreach to restaurant operators and decision-makers Set 30+ qualified meetings per month (goal-based) Manage lead cadences, sequences, and CRM hygiene Communicate value propositions clearly and professionally Partner closely with 1–2 AEs to ensure smooth handoff and high conversion rates Maintain consistent activity, pipeline contribution, and performance KPIs Participate in coaching sessions, role plays, and sales trainings Represent Peppr Grow with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or high-velocity inside sales Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video High-energy, positive, and coachable mindset Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets Comfort working onsite in our Irvine office Nice-to-Haves: Experience selling into restaurants or hospitality Familiarity with CRM and sequencing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment What We Offer OTE $90K–$100K+ (Base + Commission) Uncapped commission with clear accelerators Unlimited PTO Medical, Dental, Vision insurance (Peppr covers 80% of premiums) 401K with company match Career advancement opportunities (fast track to AE) Company-provided laptop and sales tools Collaborative, fun, high-performance culture Why Peppr Grow You’ll be part of a founding sales team in Irvine with massive upside and the chance to grow your career quickly in a fast-scaling startup.
