The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and execution of the True Homes Digital Marketing & Lead Platform activities across the appropriate Digital Marketing & Lead platforms including but not limited to The True Homes Website, third party advertising sites and all other Brand Building Digital Marketing Outlets This role will be responsible for growing the True Homes Digital Audiences by developing relevant, brand promoting content that focuses on the True Home Product, The True Homes Culture, True Homes Locations, True Homes Design Studio as well as other aspects of the True Homes Story.
Responsibilities:
Manages the True Homes Website Content and Information using the Content Management System (Website CMS)
Manages all of True Homes Digital Mapping Advertisers and Partners including but not limited to Google Maps, Waze, and Apple Maps
Creates and measures performance of new landing pages, blogs, SEO content and other content to enhance digital presence
Tracks and reports on leads, sales, cost per source and other lead generation analytics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Manages all email marketing campaigns; provides design direction to the design team, deploys these emails in a timely manner and reports on analytics 48-72 hours after deployment to the Market Partner and all interested parties
Ensures all directory listing of True Homes and applicable communities are accurate and updated regularly
Manages the True Homes Marketing Lead Platform including lead generation tactics, weekly reports & tracking, weekly meetings with the Online Digital Partners, and overall gauging the health of True Homes Digital Leads
Manages all Third-Party Digital Marketing Partnerships and Strategic Relationships including but not limited to Website Partners, Google Partners, Lead Partners, Photographers, Videographers, and various Digital Partners
Supports all new communities and grand openings with strategic digital marketing plans on a quarterly basis
Researches and suggests new digital marketing avenues
Explores new target demographics in new areas as we expand the True Homes brand; seeks ways to pro-actively grow and build the True Homes Digital Media Brand throughout the communities and markets that we serve
Manages the Digital Marketing Related Activities with the True Foundation and Builders Bridge
Performs other duties as needed or required
Results/Accountability:
Achieves True Homes audience growth milestones, targets, and goals by deadline
Achieves True Homes targeted digital lead milestones, targets, and goals by deadline
Provides weekly performance reports for True Homes digital leads and various True Homes traffic channels
Maintains all aspects of the True Homes company website as needed
Content generation that promotes the True Homes Culture, Product, and Brand
Ensures team congruency with The True Difference
Ensures leadership congruency with Culture, People, and Platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor, or Master’s Degree in Marketing required
Demonstrated online marketing expertise and experience required
Three to five years of professional digital marketing working experience required
Home building marketing experience preferred
Content generation experience including copy writing is preferred
Public relations experience preferred
Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation required for travel within NC and SC
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Platforms, and WordPress preferred

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
Needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
