The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for curating, organizing, and optimizing digital content across web, mobile, and other platforms to ensure a high-quality, consistent user experience. The Digital Content Specialist analyzes content needs and performance data, tracks key metrics, and applies best practices to improve content effectiveness and inform content strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Curates and manages digital content across web, mobile, and other digital platforms to support business and customer needs
Researches, coordinates, edits, and integrates content from writers, designers, and other contributors
Produces and assembles layouts that align with established brand, style, and accessibility guidelines
Organizes content in a clear, intuitive way that is most useful and relevant for target audiences
Performs website editorial activities to ensure content is accurate, high quality, up-to-date, and consistent
Analyzes content needs and reviews content consumption data to optimize performance and user engagement
Identifies, tracks, and reports on key metrics to measure the success of content curation efforts
Stays current on industry best practices, digital trends, and emerging content standards
Makes recommendations to improve content strategy, structure, and delivery
Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and other stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years’ experience with digital content management, editorial workflows, or related fields preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
