The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role within the Four Hands in-house marketing team by managing editorial calendars, campaign briefs, and project timelines. This role is responsible for executing a range of marketing programs across multiple B2B and end-consumer audiences, from upper-funnel brand campaigns to lower-funnel product and promotional content.
In This Role
Maintain the comprehensive editorial calendar and provide support across all business lines, ensuring alignment with evolving priorities and campaign objectives
Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution; addressing overlaps or gaps in messaging as needed
Ensure marketing materials align with the brand narrative, while communicating relevant brand and product messaging
Collaborate with other departments within and beyond marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives, marketing KPIs and overall company objectives.
Collaborate with technology, analytics, and research partners to establish a reporting cadence to delivery insights on brand health, growth, and performance
Capture and share meeting notes, outlining clear action items for appropriate stakeholders
Monitor industry standards, trends, and the competitive landscape; share insights and new ideas based on research and event learnings

The Ideal Person
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination or related role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to accurately document meetings, discussions, and action items
Strong organizational skills and ability to keep programs on-task while adopting various workflow & creative tools such as Monday.com, Figma and Canto
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities in marketing initiatives
Familiarity with the marketing funnel, content strategy and brand architecture frameworks
