Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and identify emerging trends and opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance excellence and meet organizational objectives. Coordination: Work closely with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, management information system (MIS) reports, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making. Promotional Activities: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies to enhance market positioning and brand recognition. Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining high ethical standards.
