About the Role
The Strategic Account Manager will focus on regional chains in the Northeast (VA, NJ, MA) and National Accounts for Treasury Americas. Responsibilities include implementing initiatives, developing sales strategies, managing trade relationships, and achieving depletion goals. The role involves collaboration with senior managers, buying teams, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for regional and national chains
Manage account growth, new item reviews, program plans, and portfolio management
Lead account planning and develop marketing plans to increase market share and profitability
Translate trends into actionable insights and leverage customer opportunities
About You
5-10 years experience in sales, marketing, or business management
Experience managing chain accounts, preferably in beverage alcohol or CPG
Bachelor’s degree in related fields; MBA preferred
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Circana/Nielsen is a plus

Pay Transparency: Salary range is $103,000-$115,000/year plus benefits. Actual pay depends on qualifications and location. Position based in Napa, CA, with flexible options.
