Controls Account Executive – Knoxville, TN – $80,000–$95,000 + Commissions + Benefits About the Opportunity: A premier building automation and HVAC manufacturing representative is seeking a motivated Controls Account Executive to expand its presence in the Knoxville, TN region. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with BAS experience who excels at business development and enjoys working closely with both technical teams and leadership. Position Details: Title: Controls Account Executive Location: Knoxville, TN Status: Full-Time | Travel: Occasional Site Visits Ideal Candidate: Background as an Account Executive or Sales Representative within the BAS or building automation industry Strong ability to generate new business and manage long‑term customer relationships Comfortable performing site visits and identifying technical project requirements Experienced in estimating, quoting, and submitting detailed proposals Able to partner with ownership and leadership teams to define scope and strategy Excellent communication skills with polished negotiation and presentation abilities Key Responsibilities: Grow the client base through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development Maintain and expand existing customer accounts Conduct walkthroughs and gather relevant project specifications Prepare estimates, proposals, and tailored solutions for customer needs Collaborate with internal teams and company leadership to support successful project outcomes Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (DOE) Commission: Available (OTE $120,000+) Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (Employee Paid) Retirement: 401k Plan Time Off: 2 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays Tools Provided: Company Laptop, Cell Phone This position is an excellent opportunity for a high‑energy controls sales professional who wants to own a key territory and build long‑term success with a respected East Tennessee organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
