What You’ll Do This is a full‑cycle territory role focused on new customer acquisition. You will: Prospect and generate new business across manufacturing accounts Lead discovery conversations with plant, engineering, operations, and reliability leaders Translate operational pain points into clear business value Deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations Partner with internal technical specialists to shape solutions Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity You’ll have strong product and technical support. You’re responsible for driving the commercial motion. Who This Role Is For Experience: 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or early AE) Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, automation, hardware, or plant‑facing customers preferred Track record of hitting activity and revenue targets You likely are: A true hunter who enjoys prospecting Competitive and income‑motivated Comfortable working independently Curious about how industrial operations work Organized and accountable Willing to travel regionally and spend time at customer sites This is ideal for SDRs or junior sellers ready to step into full territory ownership.
