Do you live for Reels, sounds, aesthetics, and a perfectly timed meme? Are you obsessed with fashion, self-expression, and the magic of bold brands? Brightside Boutique is looking for YOU – a social‑savvy, trend‑chasing, content‑creating INTERN to join our team! We’re Looking For Someone Who Is passionate about fashion, pop culture, and Brightside’s vibe Is on top of the latest social media trends (TikTok, IG, etc) Is full of ideas and not afraid to pitch them Can film, edit, and post fun, creative, and engaging Reels/TikToks Wants to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, creative environment Has a good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what gets people to stop scrolling You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Creative Team on: Building exciting social campaigns for launches, promotions & events Helping with photo + video shoots Engaging with our community online Creating fresh content across all platforms Details This is an in‑person internship, based in our Hampden (Baltimore) office Available in Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters Interns receive a 25% discount at Brightside Boutique Unpaid – for credit or experience only Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (we’ll work with your schedule) Compensation may be available on a project‑by‑project basis depending on your experience We’re super excited to welcome motivated, creative talent who are just as passionate about fashion and storytelling as we are.
