Social Media Manager – Luxury Automotive Brand Salary: $75,000–$85,000 Base + Performance Bonus Bonus tied to: Audience growth, engagement, and content quality milestones About The Role We are seeking a strategic, creative, and brand-driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a rapidly growing luxury automotive brand with 4M+ organic followers worldwide . This is not a scheduling-only role. You will own the brand’s voice, visual identity, and community across major platforms—ensuring every piece of content reflects the exclusivity, craftsmanship, and sophistication of a $300,000+ luxury vehicle brand . This role requires leadership, exceptional creative judgment, and a deep understanding of long‑term brand building in the luxury space. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Creative Direction Lead the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms Build a balanced strategy: storytelling, product features, behind‑the‑scenes, client highlights, and lifestyle content Direct photography and video production (internal + external teams) Create shoot briefs, guide creative direction, and approve final assets Maintain consistent visual and tonal brand standards Write high‑impact captions and copy that drive engagement Protect brand assets, usage rights, and intellectual property Community & Brand Management Manage comments, DMs, tags, and mentions with a luxury-level customer experience Engage high‑value followers and aligned influencers Build relationships with automotive and lifestyle creators Monitor brand reputation and manage feedback proactively Maintain confidentiality with high‑profile clients and unreleased vehicles Growth & Performance Drive meaningful, high‑quality audience growth Track engagement, reach, and conversion indicators Adjust strategy based on performance insights Stay current on algorithm changes and content trends Partner with sales and production teams to support revenue goals Coordinate major content moments (reveals, deliveries, milestones) Required Qualifications 3–5+ years managing social media for a brand (not personal accounts) Proven success growing and engaging large audiences (500K+ preferred) Experience leading creative teams and contractors Strong short‑form video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Ability to direct long‑form YouTube content Exceptional copywriting skills for affluent audiences Experience with scheduling tools and analytics platforms Background in luxury, automotive, or premium consumer brands Preferred Qualifications Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands Portfolio showcasing high‑end visual storytelling Influencer partnership experience Basic design skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva) Paid social campaign experience Knowledge of trademark and brand monitoring Budget and vendor management experience About The Company This organization is a luxury automotive brand blending classic‑inspired design with modern technology, safety, and craftsmanship.
