Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the visibility, reputation, and growth of both Vesco Oil Company and Vesco Clean Energy LLC. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support sales growth, and communicate the company’s leadership in sustainability and clean energy solutions. Working collaboratively across departments, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure consistent messaging, high-quality content, and effective execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Essential Functions
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth objectives.
Partner with suppliers to co-develop marketing content that highlights joint value propositions and supports shared business goals.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, email, social media, events, and print.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual marketing calendars for product promotions, campaigns, trade shows, and digital initiatives.
Collaborates closely with the sales team to provide marketing collateral and support pipeline growth.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure co‑branded campaigns, product launches, and incentive programs are executed on schedule.
Coordinate marketing logistics and materials for trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
Ensure consistent, timely, and high‑quality execution across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and divisions.
Manage marketing requests, timelines, and workflows.
Track supplier co‑op or BDF (Business Development Fund) usage and prepare reimbursement documentation as needed.
Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth execution.
Other job duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels in marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Ability to think creatively, and develop and communicate new promotional tools and concepts
Must be able to work both independently and collaborate with the company’s sales team members
Self‑motivated with ability to juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Excellent written an verbal communication and presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field. A
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferably with digital marketing exposure.
