Lead Social Media / Content Creator (Part-Time) Location: In-Studio (2–3x/week) | Hybrid Commitment: 15–20 hrs/week Reports to: VP of Marketing Team: Brand & Growth About The Gleamery The Gleamery is a venture-backed health & wellness startup focused on reinventing the dental industry. The Gleamery is building the first national dental brand specializing in professional grade, expeditious teeth cleaning & whitening - the recurring dental services that the modern millennial customer wants and needs - in addition to premium GleamFit Aligner teeth straightening. The Gleamery’s studios have a hospitality and design focused ethos and a seamless, technology enabled customer experience. The Gleamery is opening studios in cities across the U.S., building a nationwide brand leader in preventive and cosmetic dental care. The Gleamery is looking to recruit exceptionally talented individuals to join our mission-driven, LA-based HQ team. Role Overview The Social Media Lead is a content-savvy creator and coordinator who thrives in the fast-moving world of short-form video. You’ll be in the studio 2–3 times per week to shoot, plan, and produce compelling content in collaboration with our on-site teams — from dentists to hygienists to studio hosts. This role is perfect for someone who understands both vibes and vision: you can spot trends early, turn small moments into meaningful stories, and keep a calendar running like clockwork. What You’ll Do Capture short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) in our studio locations Film team spotlights, guest features (with permission), behind-the-scenes moments, trends, and wellness education Shoot with an eye for lighting, framing, and authenticity — this isn’t static dentistry Content Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with studio managers, hygienists, and dentists to source weekly ideas Create a strong pipeline of content themes aligned with The Gleamery’s brand tone and seasonal focus Coordinate scheduling to ensure studio staff are prepped and comfortable on-camera Content Calendar & Upload Management: Maintain and execute a weekly posting calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Write on-brand captions, choose optimal posting times, and track emerging trends Upload and optimize across platforms (hashtags, tags, thumbnail selection, etc.) Weekly Reporting: Report key performance insights to the VP of Marketing Recommend improvements and iterate on what’s working You create or edit short-form video in your free time for fun You’ve used CapCut, Adobe Express, or TikTok editing tools with ease You’re comfortable directing others on-camera and making them feel at ease You can balance a creative POV with brand standards You’re self-driven, fast-moving, and don’t need hand-holding to make things happen You’re deeply online and know what’s gaining traction — but not in a copy-paste way Bonus Points If You Have: Familiarity with Notion, Later, or other planning/scheduling tools A personal TikTok or IG account you’re proud to share To Apply: Send us your resume (or LinkedIn), a sample of your content work (TikTok/IG handles or portfolio), and a short note: What’s one TikTok or Reel you’d love to make for The Gleamery? #J-18808-Ljbffr
