Responsibilities
Proven ability to build and inspire a team
Oversee revenue generation for the entire sales team
Closing business on company generated leads
Self-generating business
Generate referral business and positive company reviews
Protect and Build OUR Brand
Requirements
Must have 2-4 years of sales and/or business development experience
Proven gross sales exceeding $1M annually
Highly organized; ability to maintain accurate notes, files, documents, and maintain a very busy calendar for 9 to 10 months out of the year
Experience
Sales: 2 years (Required)
Construction/ Masonry: 2 years (Required)
Sales Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay: 70k-200k+
Commission only
