Chillhouse currently has an experiential flagship in Soho which offers a variety of wellness services such as nail art manicures, massages and facials. In addition to their physical space, Chillhouse is a category‑leading nail care brand with award‑winning press‑ons that can be found in Target, Urban brands, Amazon and hundreds of specialty & indie retailers. Chillhouse has a hyper‑engaged community and has been featured in top‑tier publications such as Vogue, New York Times, Oprah Mag and more. Job Description We are seeking an eager, dedicated intern to support Chillhouse’s marketing team. The ideal candidate is interested in a career in social, brand, content or partnership/event marketing. The individual should be able to wear multiple hats and is great with organization. Responsibilities Support Marketing Team primarily CEO, Head of Marketing, Partnership and Events Manager and Senior Manager, Social and Content Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events Help with event logistics such as venue research, vendor management, and coordinating event materials. Manage event registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists to ensure accurate attendee tracking, as needed Help with day‑to‑day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports Assist in the preparation and distribution of PR packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to media, influencers, and partners as needed Support with rentals and deliveries as needed for equipment, props and wardrobe for photoshoots Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 1–2 college internships completed Excellent communication skills Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand, design and aesthetics. Passion for beauty, nails and marketing Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
