Ikonix is seeking a smart, passionate, and inquisitive Marketing Coordinator with 4 -6 years of B2B experience to help execute high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, technical environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and is eager to grow. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, consulting, product management, and external partners to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support a hungry sales team—while maintaining consistent, on‑brand messaging across all channels. Salary range for this role is $62,000 - $70,000/annually. This is a hybrid position, 2 days in office required per week. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Coordinate and execute B2B campaigns across digital ads, email, web, social, and webinars Support product launches including messaging, assets, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination Track and report on campaign KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI) Content & Asset Management Assist in developing website content, landing pages, case studies, articles, video, product collateral, emails, and social posts Manage content calendars and deadlines Coordinate with designers, writers, and vendors to deliver high‑quality assets Digital Marketing Support Assist with website updates, SEO efforts, and landing page optimization Support CRM and marketing automation platforms Help manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) Coordinate creation and distribution of sales tools including presentations, datasheets and product materials Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and product positioning Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, or related field 4 - 6 years of B2B marketing experience; technology, industrial, or technical markets preferred Exceptional writing skills across blogs, case studies, site content, video and collateral Strong organizational, communication and project coordination skills Experience with digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, email marketing, analytics and AI tools Familiarity with CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) Ikonix USA LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
