What you'll do In this role, you will lead the ownership, development, and execution of our conversion rate optimization strategy, utilizing your expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and UX design to drive measurable results
Establish and govern the testing prioritization framework to ensure resources are focused on high-impact, high-confidence experiments that drive measurable lead & revenue growth
Collaborate with paid media leadership to ensure landing page strategies align with media buying objectives to optimize Quality Scores and conversation rate
Work closely with Product Manager, Web to ensure landing page design and implementation is line with holistic site development and activity
Lead implementation with UX, design, and other resources as necessary
Partner with analytics team to validate that testing priorities address the highest-value business risks, acting as the solution architect (owning the what and how to test) while relying on the analytics team for diagnostic insights and final financial impact verification
Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user engagement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform optimization strategies
Monitor and report on key metrics to track the success of optimization efforts
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on optimization initiatives and results
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may impact user experience and conversion rates
Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Stay accountable for meeting and exceeding conversion rate goals
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, or analytics-driven roles
Background in experimentation, A/B testing, and web analytics
Strong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce platforms
Advanced statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
Demonstrated ability to combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive performance improvements
Ability to balance immediate “quick wins” (e.g. copy testing) with long-term structural optimization strategist (e.g. page architecture)
Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads, and other digital analytics and optimization tools
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Glendale, CA)
