Creative Director, Experience Design Responsibilities:
Lead the development of conceptual frameworks across brand, web, and customer experience programs.
Translate brand strategies into compelling experiential and visual narratives.
Establish and communicate the overall creative vision for each project.
Define the emotional and interaction tone that guides experience design.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure coherence between storytelling and digital interfaces.
Creative Director, Experience Design Qualifications:
8-15+ years of experience in brand, digital, or integrated creative roles.
Proven expertise leading brand systems and digital experiences with a strong portfolio.
Demonstrated ability to direct the emotional flow of user journeys and evaluate UX processes for clarity.
Experience providing creative feedback to multidisciplinary teams and partnering with development teams.
Strong leadership qualities, empathetic communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
