PDG is relaunching its premier, award-winning Government Contractors Business Forum in Chicago. This is not just another business networking group; it is a curated, high-impact monthly or quarterly assembly connecting business leaders with senior agency decision-makers—including Chief Procurement Officers to discuss government bidding policies/procedures and contract opportunities. Our mission is to empower and advance the development of established businesses, foster teaming/mentoring relationships between large and small businesses and expand the governmental procurement landscape.

Core Responsibilities
Program Management Focus
Assist the President/CEO in end-to-end event execution for the monthly meetings.
Coordinate speaker logistics, presentations, and materials for high-profile agency leaders.
Manage venue details, catering, and on-site experience at the Willis Tower.
Develop and implement systems for membership tracking and engagement.
Marketing & Outreach Focus
Support the execution of a launch campaign to attract 100+ members.
Manage website, social media, email newsletters, and targeted outreach to business communities.
Design promotional materials and forum collateral.
Support partnerships with select business and professional organizations
Qualifications
MBA, law or bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, public administration or event management.
Minimum of three (3) years of related professional and/or business experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must be Mature, Professional, Ethical, Hard-Working & Very Reliable.
Background in Project Management, including organizing and coordinating program activities.
Demonstrated multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with standard office and social media tools and platforms.
Strong interest in human/civil rights, social justice and supplier diversity.
Available to work at least 35 hours per week onsite at our high-rise, luxury offices at the iconic Willis Tower in downtown Chicago. All expenses related to your work will be paid.

A Foundation for Success: You will haveyour own private officeat the iconic Willis Tower, complete with a spectacular lakefront view, two dedicated office computers, all necessary supplies and a document specialist.
Starting Compensation/Fees: Compensation for this position is $2,100 per month.
A Direct Path to Leadership: This is a full-time (1099) consulting position for one year. Depending on the KPIs, the position may evolve into a permanent full-time employment position with benefits after one year.
