The Account Manager at Sustainea Bio will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with industrial clients and brand owners in the PET, packaging, and chemical sectors. With a strong focus on sustainability, they will prospect new business opportunities and negotiate long-term supply contracts for the sale of the company’s bio-based monoethylene glycol (MEG). Reporting to Director of Business Development , you will have the following main responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with industrial clients. Negotiate and secure long-term supply contracts focused on recurring revenue. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Lead business negotiations and contract structuring. Collaborate with sustainability and innovation teams. Monitor market trends and competitive movements. Requirements: Experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the chemicals and plastics value chain. Previous experience in the PET value chain, including interactions with brand owners. Strong network and experience in the U.S. market. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. High capacity to learn and adapt to a fast-growing organization. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
