Overview At Findsome & Winmore , we’re looking for a Hybrid Account Manager who’s ready to drive big ideas, embrace AI tools, and grow in a supportive agency culture.
The Account Manager handles supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and client management across a variety of Findsome & Winmore accounts. This role is focused on executing marketing strategies, overseeing projects, and engaging in direct client interactions, with limited responsibilities related to public relations. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting, and be comfortable using project management software and AI tools to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
Manage project timelines, job openings, budgets, and internal workflows in project management software (Workamajig knowledge preferred)
Support campaign execution across digital marketing, branding, web, social media, email, and content
Participate in client meetings, lead follow-ups, and help develop marketing recommendations
Prepare and review client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables
Maintain a strong understanding of client goals, industry trends, and marketing best practices
Marketing Execution Draft creative briefs and assist in outlining marketing campaigns
Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards before client review
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency with strategy
Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization recommendations
AI Integration Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) to support content development, planning, and reporting
Contribute to agency initiatives to improve efficiency and innovation using AI
Public Relations (Limited Scope) Draft and distribute press releases, alerts, and light media outreach as needed
Monitor press coverage and support internal reporting
PR support is limited and provided in collaboration with leadership and PR-focused team members
Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of marketing/account management experience; agency preferred
Strong communication, writing, and organization skills
Experience using AI tools to support daily tasks
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
Bonus Attributes Interest in digital marketing and branding
Familiarity with paid media and campaign reporting
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
