Marketing Coordinator

Overview Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Parking lot, 150 Saunders Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045 Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour (W2) Position Summary The Marketing Associate will support the tactical execution of marketing initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role supports the U.S. ID product portfolio across professional market segments, including Hospital/Health Systems, Physician Offices, and Urgent Care. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing operations and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Manage the ad and promotional material approval process, including coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to established operating procedures Support trade show logistics, materials, and promotional activities Own and maintain the collateral portal, including inventory monitoring, creation of new materials, and optimization recommendations Manage operational processes such as data routing, ordering workflows, and Statement of Work (SOW) administration Support ad hoc marketing campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing Managers Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external partners while maintaining compliance with established procedures Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, implement best practices, and support automation initiatives Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing channels Apply sound, fact-based judgment when making recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales/marketing analytics, or a related role.
