Compensation: $60,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: $155,000+ Year 1|Top Performers: $200,000+ annually
We’re hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to sell a high-demand SaaS platform that helps organizations modernize how they manage payments and financial workflows. This is a full-cycle closing role where you’ll own your territory, run structured sales processes, and close recurring revenue.
You’ll be supported by strong sales enablement, inbound interest, CRM tools, and marketing campaigns—but success is driven by pipeline ownership, activity discipline, and closing execution.
What You’ll Do Own a defined territory and close new SaaS business
Lead discovery calls, product demos, and in-person or virtual sales meetings with decision-makers
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking events, and local business groups
Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and deal documentation in CRM tools
Plan and execute daily and weekly sales activity to consistently hit quota
Collaborate with leadership and peers to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and win competitive deals
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS, fintech, payments, or B2B tech preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
Comfortable selling both in-person and virtually
Strong pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting discipline
Confident communicator with a consultative but decisive sales style
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by uncapped earnings
