We are partnering with a venture-backed company at the center of that problem, developing a platform that gives teams the tools to test, validate, and deploy machine learning systems with confidence. Their customer base spans high-growth startups and large enterprise organizations. The founding team has deep experience shipping complex AI systems at scale and is now making a focused investment in design to match the sophistication of their growing product and customer base. The Role A senior design role working directly with founders to shape the user experience of a complex, web-based platform used by technical and enterprise customers. The scope spans hands‑on execution — from concept through to shipped product — as well as meaningful input into product direction and roadmap. Key Responsibilities Design and ship high-quality, web-native UI/UX across the core product Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on high-impact features Partner with engineering to ensure design quality through implementation Contribute to product direction and roadmap from a design perspective Help establish and elevate design standards as the team scales Qualifications 4+ years of product design experience; B2B SaaS strongly preferred Strong UI/UX fundamentals and fluency in Figma or equivalent modern design tools Demonstrated experience designing for technical or enterprise users with complex workflows Ability to take projects from concept to delivery independently Strong product judgment and comfort operating with limited direction Experience with or genuine interest in AI systems or developer tooling Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation including base salary and equity Full medical, vision, and dental coverage Unlimited PTO Flexible remote work with optional in-person time Company-sponsored team offsites and events #J-18808-Ljbffr
