Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B – Technology / Telecom / Hardware) No Sponsorship for this role StarTech Networks Inc. (Dallas-based Infrastructure & Technology Services Organization) is expanding our sales footprint in the DFW region. We support leading enterprises, hyperscalers, and telecom operators across: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (1–2 years experience) in B2B Sales within Technology, Telecom, or Hardware. (Fresh Graduates 0-2 years are also encouraged to apply.) What You’ll Do: Drive new business development and client acquisition Generate leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking & referrals Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) Support proposals, RFPs & commercial discussions Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Represent StarTech in local industry forums ✅ What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years B2B sales experience (Tech/Telecom/Hardware preferred) Local to DFW (Plano preferred) Willing to travel locally Strong growth path within enterprise technology sales StarTech Networks is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
