You'll be speaking with business owners and hiring managers who are actively looking for help hiring—your job is to qualify, advise, and close.
Tasks Handle inbound leads and convert them into new customers
Make daily outbound dials to follow up with prospects and move deals forward
Sell recruiting and hiring solutions across multiple industries
Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, urgency, and budget
Present recruiting service options clearly and confidently
Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements 1–3+ years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
Confident selling services (recruiting, staffing, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas
Organized, coachable, and competitive
