Position Summary
The Market Growth Manager is the revenue driver for Alvarez Search’s client, responsible for growing Vault and Key Club Vault memberships. You build trust with prospective members, communicate ROI, and curate a high-quality pipeline of women founders ready to invest in their growth. You carry a “never satisfied” mindset—exceeding targets, creating opportunities, and building momentum for the mission.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Market Growth

Own and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets for Vault memberships

Partner with marketing to build prospecting strategies targeting qualified founders

Use disciplined CRM management to forecast and track pipeline health

Curate and Convert High-Quality Pipeline

Drive full sales cycle from sourcing to closing

Focus on high-value membership tiers (Vault and Key Club Vault)

Build relationships with key connectors, influencers, and partner organizations

Communicate ROI & Membership Value

Articulate financial, strategic, and relational value of memberships

Conduct high-impact discovery conversations and ROI-focused presentations

Deliver authentic presentations highlighting the client’s value proposition

Strategic Collaboration & Operations

Work with Market Leader to calibrate growth strategies and market positioning

Coordinate seamless member onboarding handoffs

Share market insights and referral opportunities with leadership teams

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and conversion data

Qualifications
Required Experience:

5+ years in sales, business development, or membership growth

Proven track record consistently exceeding revenue targets

Experience with consultative sales and high-value client acquisition

Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management skills

Understanding of women’s entrepreneurship and small business challenges

Deep roots in local business community preferred

Competitive base salary + commission structure
