What You’ll Do Media Relations & Pitching Research, develop, and maintain targeted media lists Pitch stories to local, regional, and national media Secure earned media coverage across broadcast, print, digital, and trade Build relationships with journalists and producers Coordinate interviews and media opportunities Content Creation Write press releases, media pitches, talking points, bios, Q&As, newsletters, and social copy Draft award submissions and thought leadership pieces Develop client messaging and story angles Campaign Execution Execute PR campaigns across multiple clients Track coverage and manage reporting Monitor news and identify timely pitching opportunities Support event publicity and media logistics Work closely with Account Directors and Account Managers Support junior staff with guidance and execution leadership Contribute ideas and creative thinking to campaigns What We’re Looking For If mid level 2-3+ years of public relations or communications experience If senior level 4-7+ years of public relations or communications experience Strong writing and editing skills Proven media pitching success Excellent organization and time management Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments PR agency experience Why You’ll Love Working Here High-quality clients and meaningful campaigns Strong team culture and collaboration Long-term client relationships Variety across industries Growth and advancement opportunities Competitive salary + benefits Compensation Competitive based on experience.
