The ideal candidate will: Strategic Marketing & Execution Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives aligned with company sales and growth goals. Balance long‑term strategy with hands‑on execution and optimization. Develop marketing content including case studies, awards submissions, digital assets, and email campaigns to elevate MSM’s brand and visibility. Manage marketing automation tools and processes to improve targeting, streamline workflows, and enhance campaign effectiveness and reporting accuracy. Develop and manage integrated campaigns (email, social, content, digital advertising) that increase website traffic, strengthen engagement, and support both MSM and client program goals. Support tradeshow and experiential program success by aligning pre‑show marketing, on‑site engagement strategies, and post‑event campaigns to enhance client outcomes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with Senior Leadership and present recommendations clearly and confidently, using data and business context to support decisions. Work effectively with operations, finance, and creative teams to support shared goals. Serve as a key marketing partner to the Client Services team on client‑facing initiatives. Ownership & Performance Take ownership of assigned programs and campaigns, from planning through reporting. Track performance and use insights to improve future initiatives, including RFP and lead‑generation efforts. Approach challenges with curiosity, accountability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset. Budgeting & Resource Management Develop, manage, and forecast the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and support strategic priorities. Allocate resources effectively to support campaign performance and lead generation. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred. 5-7+ years of experience combining marketing management and client‑facing account leadership, ideally within an agency, experiential, or B2B environment. Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics to drive data‑informed decisions. Experience supporting or managing experiential/tradeshow programs, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to support targeting, reporting, and optimization. Track record of driving innovation through the strategic use of emerging technologies, data, and automation to enhance client experience and business growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate marketing and program insights into clear recommendations. Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Salary range for these positions is purposefully broad. The initial compensation offered may be outside the range and will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant’s job‑related skills, relevant experience, and education. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in terms of role development and compensation. This position is a hybrid role, requiring Tuesday - Thursday in the Webster, NY location.
