Responsibilities Develop sales plans to efficiently manage accounts within an assigned territory
Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to company initiatives
Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition
Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering field
Proven track record of overachievement in sales performance
Ability to drive consistent activity and pipeline development
Experience in determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a sales role within a technology or cloud services company
Recognition such as President's Club or Rep of the Year for outstanding sales performance
Familiarity with value selling approaches in a B2B context
Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
