Security Account Manager Pay: $34.00/hour Shift: Monday- Friday 0700-1600 Build Your Future with SCIS – Join Our Team! SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Account Manager to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem‑solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients. What You’ll Do: Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality Proactively address concerns with clients and employees Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations Ensure a professional, high‑performance work environment What You Bring: Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and 1+ year of Supervisory Experience Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance Must have or be able to obtain an Armed Guard Card Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Why Join SCIS?
