Personal Lines Account Manager

BKCW Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide high-level service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to educate them on their insurance coverage and provide great experience. Account Managers will develop relationships through communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues our clients may face. Previous insurance experience is not required. You will receive in-depth training for this role. This position will be in-person in our Killeen, TX office location.
