Associate Design Director

Jersey Shore Company is hiring an Associate Design Director for packaging. Join a great team under the direction of a super Creative Director. The company produces confections for private label and hospitality clients, ranging from refined luxury to fun licensing projects. The ideal candidate is highly flexible, capable of producing both refined and colorful, playful packaging projects. The studio is growing rapidly and operates in a fast-paced environment. You will be a hands-on designer and manager, mentoring and directing junior staff while managing your own projects. Experience in packaging, especially related to food, beverages, and confections, is essential. The work is primarily on-site, so candidates should live within a commutable distance or be open to relocating to the Asbury Park area.
