A leader in the B2C financial industry is hiring a Business Insight Analyst in Irvine, CA for a full time position, onsite 2 days a week. Business Insight Analyst Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within mortgage, banking, or financial services. Strong SQL skills with experience working in relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Snowflake. Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Business Insight Analyst Responsibilities: Analyze reverse mortgage pipeline data, loan performance, and financial trends to support strategic and operational initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across lending, marketing, servicing, and customer experience. Partner with marketing and business leaders to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency. Monitor campaign performance, interest rate impacts, borrower behavior, and risk indicators to inform decision-making.
