About the Role
CIRRO Fulfillment is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support both sales development and marketing execution. This role is key in generating new business opportunities, managing outreach efforts, maintaining CRM data, and executing marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads into the pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience in fulfillment, or 3PL operations and is comfortable working across sales and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify potential customers within our ideal client profile
Manage and maintain accurate contact data, lead activity, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
Respond to and qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up
Track sales activity, outreach performance, and pipeline progress using HubSpot
Maintain clear reporting on sales efforts, focusing on ROI, KPIs, and measurable results
Support scheduling of meetings and coordination with the sales team
Assist with marketing campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and other lead generation initiatives
Create and edit marketing materials, social media content, and assets
Utilize AI tools and apply prompt engineering for marketing or research tasks
Support campaign reporting and track marketing performance
Assist with development of prospect lists and audience targeting for campaigns
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or lead generation
1+ year of experience in fulfillment, or 3PL operations
HubSpot experience required, including CRM management and lead tracking
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience using AI tools and effective prompting for marketing or research tasks
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
