The estimated on-target earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes base salary and incentives, is $152,500 per year , with the potential to earn more in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined based on the candidate’s location and may vary from the figure listed above.

About the role This role focuses on increasing Thryv’s penetration with the existing client base, growing engagement with existing software clients, and expanding the SaaS client base through new sales. The Software Account Executive conducts more than 50% of work outside the home office.
Contact assigned clients and present opportunities for additional sales or extended usage based on client needs.
Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated prospecting and company programs.
Execute defined operational processes and requirements, including engagement cadences, product demos, order entry, and forms.
Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
End-to-end client experience Thryv provides a secure platform that automates tasks and centers clients on their customers. Our software includes CRM, marketing tools, invoicing, messaging, email marketing, and social media management to help local businesses succeed.
Users access a client experience management app to manage tasks and payments from a mobile device.

Basic qualifications 4+ years of related sales experience (7+ years preferred)
3+ years in an outbound full sales cycle role
Experience in SaaS is preferred but not required
Experience in enterprise-level sales is a plus
Strong knowledge of Thryv product suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence and adaptability
Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and conduct sales presentations
Strong technical skills with MS Office and the ability to learn new programs
Associate degree or international equivalent (or equivalent experience) required
