Personal Lines Account Manager

Well established agency seeking experienced applicants who are friendly and energetic. Candidates must enjoy working with clients in person and on the phone, assisting them in choosing the correct coverages to meet their insurance needs. The ability to stay organized in a busy work environment is a must. Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls with patience and understanding Answer questions regarding policies, coverage and premium Develop new business quotes and remarket renewals Report claims and assist/guide clients throughout the process Process endorsements and renewals accurately and efficiently Requirements Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred Agency retail insurance experience required Strong knowledge of insurance products, Registry forms and procedures Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries Insurance Agencies and Brokerages #J-18808-Ljbffr
