The Role of a Recruiter The goal of a recruiter is to find and attract top technical talent to meet our clients’ needs. This requires building relationships and staying connected with the talent market.
The Role of an Account Manager Account Managers lead business development, selling our services to companies of all sizes and serving as the liaison between the end client and the recruiting team.
Those interested in B2B sales may enter a Sales Development Representative training program after a first recruiter promotion.
Growth All Sales Managers, Directors, and Executives began as entry-level recruiters and advanced based on merit.
