About the Role The Commercial Insurance Account Manager job is open due to growth at a large independent insurance agency in Iowa. This is a sizable portfolio built from existing and new incoming clients around your insurance experience. Here are some highlights of the position: Location: Hybrid schedule available in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, or Waverly, Iowa. Technical Expertise: The book will be generalist with small to middle market accounts across a variety of industries. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle “A-Z” account management work including experience with policy maintenance (transactions, endorsements, billing, etc.) but also marketing accounts and coordinating renewals including putting together proposals. Experience: At least three (3) years of commercial P&C insurance experience in a similar client service role. Active state insurance license.
