We’re looking for a Select Business Unit Account Manager to service and support a book of business, guiding clients through their policy lifecycle, renewals, and account servicing needs. What You’ll Do: Manage and service an assigned book of business Guide clients through the policy year and renewal cycle Handle policy changes, remarketing, and account rounding Respond to client and carrier inquiries quickly and accurately Submit First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and assist with claim support Review policy expirations and renewal activity Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance carrier regulations Support additional team projects as needed What You Bring: ✔ 5-10 years of insurance experience (Required) ✔ Active NJ Producer’s License – Property & Casualty (Required) ✔ Strong communication and client service skills ✔ Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions ✔ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) ✔ Ability to work hybrid and commute to Vineland, NJ Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity: Opportunity to grow in the insurance field Collaborative and supportive team environment Hands-on role working directly with clients, carriers, and internal teams Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
