Marketing and Customer Service Representative

Elite Breakout Marketing is seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our in-store marketing and customer experience team across multiple Mid-Michigan locations. This is an on-site, retail-based position supporting customer engagement initiatives inside established retail environments. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with people, representing brands in a professional setting, and building skills in customer relations, marketing support, and retail operations. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands inside retail locations with professionalism and integrity Educate customers on products and services while delivering a positive experience Support in-store marketing initiatives and customer outreach efforts Assist customers with basic account setup, questions, and service information Maintain strong communication with store leadership and internal management Help meet daily performance goals while providing excellent customer service Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and communication skills Training & Development We provide paid, hands-on training focused on: Customer engagement and communication Product knowledge and brand representation Retail professionalism and workplace standards Sales support and service processes Our leadership team offers continued coaching and growth opportunities for team members who demonstrate consistency and performance. Compensation Base hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based commission opportunities Average weekly earnings range from $800–$1,200, depending on availability and performance In-person role at assigned retail locations Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday Individual schedules determined by the hiring manager based on availability and staffing needs Fast-paced, customer-facing environment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable transportation to assigned locations Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required (training provided) Locations Hiring Saginaw, MI Flint, MI Grand Blanc, MI Midland, MI Elite Breakout Marketing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
