Retail Sales & Customer Service Representatives
to support our expanding retail partnerships. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to build transferable skills, and are looking for a clear path to grow professionally.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training from day one.

Interact with customers inside retail locations on a daily basis
Provide product and service information in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers with questions and help guide their decisions
Represent brands with a high level of customer service
Support team goals and daily in-store operations
Build communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Perks:
W-2 position (not 1099)
$16–$20/hour base pay (based on experience)
Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 (performance-based)
Paid training provided
Consistent, local scheduling
